This is an extension on the existing nopCommerce plugin: Nop.Plugin.Shipping.ByTotal Only difference is we've added the ability to add records for different customer roles as well as shipping subtotal, country, state / province, and zip code as provided provided by Nop.Plugin.Shipping.ByTotal
