Yes, you'll need a seperate license for each domain where the plugin is used

I have one installation of NopCommerce with multi-store on subdomains, do I need multiple license.

No, each license if for a domain, it can be used across subdomains

Do I need another license for my development or test server.

No, but please let us know when you're installing on a development or test server so we can keep track of the licensing

Can I still use the plugins after the 12 month period.

Yes, there is no time limit on the licensing, though the support ends after 12 months so you will no longer receive any upgrades or support

I need help installing/configurating the plugin and its after my 4 week premium support has expired
